It is a powerful wine with well-present tannins. A drink in the four to eight years.
What to consume? Rather, it is preferable to winter on meats cooked in sauce but also on cheeses.

This fruity wine with soft tannin is to drink on its freshness, we advise you to consume it within 3 to 6 years after its harvest.
 
What to consume? Charcuterie, white and roasted meats.
You can open it 1 to 2 hours before serving it, it will be more appreciated.
CREMANT DE LOIRE

The Crémant de Loire comes from the grape varieties Chenin (80%), Chardonnay (10%), and Cabernet franc (10%). It is appreciated for your aperitifs on some small accompaniments: sweet or savoury cakes.

It is a powerful wine with well-present tannins. Raised for a year in barrel, a drink in 4 to 8 years.
What to consume? We rather prefer it on cheese.
You can open it 1 to 2 hours before serving, it will only release its aromas better.
SAUMUR ROSE

The Saumur Rosé will be pleasant to taste on deli meats. It is a wonderful accompaniment to cold buffets.

The Saumur Blanc is a dry wine based on Chenin, it remains very mineral, due to the tuffs of its terroir. If you did not choose it as an aperitif it will marry very well with all our delicious fish of the Loire.
